About Us

MIG | MJE is a full-service, award-winning marketing, advertising, public relations and public affairs agency in San Diego. This Southern California division is part of Berkeley-headquartered MIG, a top national planning, design, communications, management, science and technology firm. The MIG | MJE San Diego office has a combined force of 17-plus full-time staff.

MIG | MJE provides comprehensive capabilities with an expanded “bench depth” of creative and technical excellence resources. Our combined team in multiple locations includes public engagement; market research; strategic plans; brand strategy and development.

Above all, we know how to help clients identify and engage stakeholders, establish early and continued public participation, hear and respond to all voices and enhance public/consumer support of the client’s project, product or service. We consider ourselves to be creative, connected and always curious about what makes people do what they do. And that translates into effective campaigns that demonstrate ROI whether the focus is on selling a product, managing a sensitive public issue or coming up with the key call-to-action to attract thousands of people…to that next “big” thing.

Since it was founded in 1982, MIG has focused on planning, designing and sustaining environments that support human development. We embrace inclusivity and encourage community and stakeholder interaction in all of our projects. For each endeavor in planning, design, management, communications or technology our approach is strategic, context-driven and holistic, addressing social, political, economic and physical factors to ensure our clients achieve the results they want.

Sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.
